MiXtape and American Christmas!

In August 2015 I arrived in San Diego ready to take on the challenge of a 9-day rehearsal for a

stellar 80's celebration called MiXtape, the longest running locally-written show in San Diego. ​My contract was for two months. ​The show was so popular (again! this was the second run) that we extended twice and I got to sing and dance a la Cyndi Lauper, Madonna, Michael Jackson, the Go-Gos, Heart, et al for over 3 1/2 months. I was in heaven, working at one of my favorite San Diego theatres and with an all-star cast, crew and band.

After the show closed I was asked to be a part of an American Christmas in Lamb's Players' new space: the beautiful US Grant hotel in downtown San Diego. It was a joy to jump from the 1980's to 1915 and celebrate the holidays with some of my closest friends.
